As far as your future plans to add a outdoor TV, Sonos soundbars are not made for outdoor use. ![]() The advantage for the Sonos/Sonance outdoor speakers is that you can safely connect 3 pairs of speakers (with Sonos Amp), rather than the normal 2. Now you might feel differently but I recommend that you try both and hear for yourself. The architechtural speakers are more Sonance than Sonos. I’m no audio expert so I’m not going to talk specs but this is how my ear felt. The back-cans from Sonance + lots of pink insulation dont help much. For the outdoor setup Sonance sound was definitely more full and crisp.
